Creamy Apple Pie Porridge with Collagen - Nutra Organics
Even in the height of summer, a creamy warm bowl of oats doesn't go a miss. With the addition of collagen and warming spices, this is a bowl of decadence good enough for every day.
You can use Collagen Beauty, Body or Build in the recipe and powders are unaffected by heat so no nutritional goodness is lost when they are warmed.
1/2 cup of organic gluten-free oats
1 cup of nut milk
1/2 grated apple
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Your choice of toppings (we recommend fresh apple slices, crunchy granola, and seasonal berries.
1. Add your ingredients (apart from your toppings) into a small pot over medium heat and stir continuously until mixture thickens.
2. Stir through a little more milk at the end for a looser texture.
3. Pour into a bowl and add toppings or enjoy on its own.
