1 shot espresso (30 ml)
200 ml hot water
2 tbsp coconut milk
1/2 tbsp almond butter (if you don't have almond butter use an extra half tbsp coconut oil)
1/2 tsp vanilla bean, or other spice of preference
Cinnamon to sprinkle on top
2 drops of liquid stevia (if you want to keep it keto) or 2tsp Maple Syrup or coconut sugar for a non-keto version.
1/2 tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Oil

1. Fill the blender cup with 200ml of hot water.
2. Top with an espresso shot and all other ingredients except cinnamon.
3. Blend on high for 5 seconds.
