Seedlip is a range of the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirits based on the distilled non-alcoholic remedies from The Art of Distillation written in 1651 and now re-purposed to pioneer a new category of drinks to solve the 'what to drink when you’re not drinking’ dilemma.
Blended and bottled in England, Seedlip boasts zero calories, is sugar-free, sweetener-free and artificial flavour-free and is available in three varieties – Garden 108, Spice 94 and Grove 42.
Seedlip is now served in over 250 Michelin-starred restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park, The Fat Duck, Clove Club and The Ledbury, and is also stocked in some of the world’s best cocktail bars, including Dandelyan, The American Bar at The Savoy, The Aviary in Chicago and is in Soho House Globally.
The first 1,000 bottles of Seedlip were hand-bottled, hand-labeled, and hand-delivered to Selfridge's of London, the brand's first major retailer. That first batch sold out within the three weeks. A second shipment sold out in three days. And a third batch sold out in 30 minutes. It is also gaining a lot of traction in the US and Canada and has gained huge popularity in New Zealand.
