How much is shipping?

Shipping is $5 for orders under $75, or $8.50 for all Rural Addresses Delivery is FREE for all orders $75 or more. We do not deliver to P.O Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not ship outside of NZ.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa credit and debit and Mastercard credit and debit. We also offer ZIP payment plans.

I received a discount code, how do I use it?

Simply enter the code when you get to the checkout – the discount will then automatically be deducted from the total value of your order (exc freight if applicable).

Why is my discount code not working?

Discount codes need to be applied at checkout in the "coupon" field. Our discount codes are not able to be applied to items already reduced. If you have items in your cart that are already on special, then you're already getting a great deal on those items, and the discount code will only apply to the full price items in your cart. In some instances, our discount codes will only apply to certain brands and products and may exclude some items. If your code is still not working after checking the above, then please email us [email protected] and we'll happily look into the issue for you.

The item I want to purchase is available for preorder - What does that mean?

This means that it must be popular and we have temporarily sold out! Pre order means that you are one of the first to secure the product so that when the next shipment arrives the stock will be sent to you immediately. This is usually within 7-10 working days.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all online orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation so we suggest allowing 3-4 working days for your order to arrive. Please note that if your address is Rural it will take an extra 2-3 days for delivery.

My order has not arrived yet?

Your tracking number was emailed to you when your order was dispatched. Please track the order to monitor its movements. If you are not having any luck and it has been more than 4 days please contact us here.

My order was damaged in transit. What do I do?

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, contact details and a photo of the damaged goods.
