We have been keeping an eye on Sarah Henderson for a while now, a photographer and serious foodie her feed is always a great inspiration of healthy homemade treats, local eateries and the occasional wholefood Market haul, aka our kind of feed!
We spotted her ridiculously good-looking Chocolate Soft Serve recipe over the weekend using the NEW Hazelnut Pana Chocolate and we absolutely HAD to share! I mean look at this goodness!
I know its cold but turn up the heater and get blending because this one is too good to resist!
This recipe is pretty simple and one you can eyeball, use what you have a try some substitutions if you need to, we love to see your creations so please tag us in them if you made your own version!
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp coconut cream
2 heaped tsp of raw cacao powder
Blend until smooth in texture – serve immediately or pop in the freezer for 30mins.
Top with a handful of roughly chopped hazelnuts, cacao nibs and chopped up Pana hazelnut chocolate 👌🏼
