Add 1 small teaspoon (3 g) to 100 ml of boiling water for a hearty cup of goodness. Makes: 3.3 – 6.6 litres depending on desired strength.
Use as a base for soups, stews, sauces, and gravies for nutrition and taste.
Make a broth bowl by adding 3 teaspoons of bone broth to 300 ml boiling water then add a selection of veggies. protein and noodles.

How is Bone Broth made?
Roasted beef bones are added to filtered water and apple cider vinegar (to maximise mineral extraction) then slow cooked for 48 hours. The broth is then strained for impurities and the fat is skimmed off of the top. It is gently refranctent dried into a powder, taking care to preserve the nutritional profile.
