This versatile chilli paste can be added to soups, sauces or  spread straight on a sandwich.

Use 1 heaped tsp as a start and add more if you prefer more spice.

Fermented red chilli ( long cayenne peppers, apple cider vinegar, red birds eye chilli, garlic, brown sugar, sea salt)



Fermented Red Chilli Paste

A subtly spice fermented red chilli paste. Made as a by-product from the fermented sriracha sauce, this paste is a vibrant flavour bomb.

Made with natural, clean ingredients, this paste is a blend of extra virgin olive oil and chilli which gives a rich, earthy flavour.  The fermentation process allows a deeper flavour profile with just the “right” level of heat.

A versatile paste that makes an excellent base for sauces, stir fries or straight on a sandwich.
