Cacao Butter melts at 35 degrees and is used in so many ways. An integral part of homemade chocolate that will set, and raw desserts of all kinds – cakes, balls, tarts, ice cream etc. It can also be used as a body butter, a natural and delicious moisturiser for the whole family and is popular for the treatment of sunburn, for dry chapped lips, scar tissue and stretch marks.
Good to know: Will cut into smaller chunks easily with a knife.

You will need:
1/2 cup The Wholefood Pantry Raw Cacao Powder
120g Cacao Butter
1/4 cup The Wholefood Pantry Maple Syrup
1/2 cup The Wholefood Panty Cacao Nibs / Chopped Almonds / Chopped Cashews and/or frozen berries or a drop of food grade orange oil.
1. Melt Cacao Butter in a small pan over a low heat, let cool.
2. Add maple and cacao and mix well.
3. Stir in any extra ingredients like Nibs, nuts etc. Pour into moulds and freeze until set. May take an hour or two.
You will need to double this mixture as these delicious morsels will be super popular!
