A night time nourishing moon milk from Nutra Organics. Lunar Latte is a blissful blend of vibrant purple carrot, traditional Chinese adaptogens, and organic floral botanicals.  All combined this dreamy makes a Moon Milk potion to help relax before bed.

Smooth vanilla combined with caramel, notes of mesquite, and a subtle hint of pink crystal salt.

Safe to consume any time of the day, this drink will create calm but is non-drowsy.

Ayurvedic Ashwagandha and ancient Chinese adaptogenic herbs He Shou Wu and Reishi mushroom combined with floral chamomile, Lavendar, and Passionflower, making  Lunar Latte the perfect natural sleep support.

How To Use

Make your own Moon Milk by adding  2 heaped teaspoons (6 g) to a little warm milk. Stir to combine. Add the remaining milk to make 200 ml. For sweetness, add 1 teaspoon maple syrup or local raw honey.

Suitable in pregnancy & breastfeeding.

Meh for the price...

I don't personally think it's worth the price, but I think it's a nice idea and the colour payoff is so cool! I think it tastes a bit weird and kinda gritty unless you use it with foamy milk (so that's a must, otherwise you might not like it).

PROS: Colour!!, taste-ish (I think it differs per person, try it), natural ingredients, relaxing flavour profile (if you like it)

CONS: Taste (differs per person, gritty), not enough in the jar for what you pay for (poor value for money), cost

Thanks for your feedback Kate! If you don't love the texture, you could pop it in a green smoothie for a superfood boost. It's basically ground herbs which are so good for you! Including lavender buds, ashwagandha, and reishi mushroom, which will help you sleep. All organic herbs and superfoods which contributes to the overall price - there is no compromise on quality, concentrated ingredients. Appreciate the feedback and if you're looking for some other yummy caffeine-free beverages, we can certainly make some recommendations :)
