Silica – colloidal anhydrous (Equiv. to Silicon 210.38mg)... 450mg 

Biotin... 2.5mg 

Zinc citrate dihydrate (Equiv. to Zinc 24.17mg)... 75.3mg 

Selenomethionine (Equiv. to Selenium 100 micrograms)... 250 micrograms

Adults: Take one tablet per day with a glass of water. Take with food. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high does. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
