The main difference between the Nutricolour Delicato and the Nutricolour RAPID is the amount of time the colour is left on the hair. The Delicato range is left on for a standard 35 minutes while the RAPID is only left on for 10 minutes due to a higher concentration of colour pigments. Both should give a similar if not the same result, so it is really a matter of personal preference as to which you choose. Please just be aware that the RAPID can sometimes give darker results due to its quick acting nature. Please don't exceed the leave in time to help prevent this from happening.
There is also some minor differences between the two with the shades offered.
