Calm Berry-Mellows

PANTRY ITEMS

• 1 cup filtered water
• ½ cup powdered monk fruit or Stevia
• 1 cup filtered water

NUTRA ORGANICS PRODUCTS

• ½ tbsp Captain Calm
• 2 tsp Berry Immune
• 3 tbsp Natural Gelatin

METHOD

1. Line a 20cm x 20cm pan or container with baking paper. Line it a second time so the edges come up all four sides of the container. 
2. Place the gelatin and 1/2 cup of water in a large mixing bowl, stir through then allow it to sit to bloom.
3. Heat the powdered monk fruit, 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Then bring to a simmer.
4. Meanwhile mix Captain Calm and Berry Immune together with 2 tbsp of water in a cup.
5. Turn your mixer or beaters on low and slowly add the stream of syrup mixture to the gelatin to combine.
6. Turn the speed to high on the mixer and continue beating for 5 minutes.
7. Pour purple mixture into gelatin mixture and continue beating until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. It can take up to 10 minutes in total.
8. Pour mixture into the lined container. Refrigerate for 6 hours or until firm and no longer sticky. 
9. Once set, remove from the container and cut into (giant) squares. Enjoy!
