This is a cool family business based in Torquay, Australia. Hilbilby Fire Tonics are living creations full of gut-loving beneficial bacteria, made in small batches from raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar steeped with nutritionally dense veggies, herbs, spices + fruit (locally sourced where possible). After three months the brew is pressed, has a little raw honey added and is then bottled by hand, ready for your daily dose. These tonics are based on a traditional folk remedy, historically taken to reduce inflammation, aid digestion, boost immunity, and stimulate metabolism + detoxification.
