Detox waters to keep your hydration anything but boring!
ORANGE + FENNEL DETOX WATER
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 orange, sliced
- 1/4 small fennel bulb, sliced
- Filtered Water
METHOD
Add all ingredients to your Fressko flask.
Pop in the short component of the Fressko Infuser Filter
Fill with filtered water
Allow to infuse
Enjoy.
ORANGE + THYME + CINNAMON WATER
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Slices of fresh Orange
- 1 x cinnamon stick, broken
- 1 x sprig of Thyme, fresh
- Filtered Water
METHOD
Add Orange, Thyme and Cinnamon to the Fressko Flask
Pop in the short infuser
Fill with filtered water
Allow to infuse
Enjoy.
- 3-4 Rose buds. Dried or Fresh
- 1 Small handful of fresh thyme sprigs
- 1 tsp Honey ( optional )
METHOD
Add rose and thyme ( and honey, if using ) to flask.
Pop in the short filter and fill flask with filtered water.
Allow 5 minutes to infuse. Enjoy.
