Guilt-free Creamy Hot Chocolate

As the days get cooler, the drinks get hotter.
Why not make your next hot cuppa this rich and creamy guilt-free hot chocolate using Pana Organic Dark Maple Ganache and your favourite nut or oat mylk. Dark decadent chocolate sweetened with maple and coconut nectar. A gluten-free, dairy-free guilt-free treat you'll love.
Ingredients:
- 1cm thick piece of Pana Organic Dark Maple Ganache (this will make a rich but not OTT version, you can adjust to your preference)
- Boiling Water
- Mylk of choice.
Method:
Place the chocolate in the bottom of your large mug or cup.
Fill 1/3 of the way with boiling water, and using a spoon melt the ganache into the boiling water by gently stirring. It may take a few minutes to melt.
Add approx 1/3 more boiling water and then stir in your mylk of choice.
