A refreshing smoothie packed with flavour, fruit and protein but not too heavy! A super-quick, nourishing choice for hot summer days.
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1/2 frozen mango
1 cup of water or coconut water
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Clean Protein Cookie Dough or Thriving Protein Smooth Vanilla
2 tbsp Golden Latte
Method:
Blend all ingredients except chia seeds until smooth... sprinkle the chia seeds on top. Enjoy!
