I don't know about you, but I can't remember the last time NZ had a heatwave like this!
We have been fan's on, doors open and sleeves rolled up all summer so when I came across this recipe from the guys at Love Tea I knew it was one we needed to share with you! All the goodness, antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties of tea without the steaming heat!
To make, we recommend brewing the Golden Spice the same way that you would a chai, but without straining it.
Add half a teaspoon of the Golden Spice blend per serve into a tea pot or saucepan, and cover with boiling water for 10 seconds (or bring water to boil).
Add sweetner and vanilla if using, stir, and allow to cool, and then add cold milk or mylk.
This blend is designed to be consumed whole to ensure optimal therapeutic benefit, so do not strain.
Pour into the iceblock tray, add in a few slices of kiwi fruit and freeze. Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day!
Golden Spice Tea -
This is a golden blend of revitalizing aryvedic spices. Based on turmeric, pepper, cinnamon and vanilla, these invigorating spices are rich in antioxidants and offer an extensive range of health benefits. These ingredients have traditionally been used to reduce inflammation, aid circulation, support digestive function, and improve vitality.
This blend of fresh spices is balanced by subtle and smooth hints of vanilla.
