This is like having your cake and eating it too... delicious and creamy but a wholesome, low sugar complete plant protein blend to help you train, recover and tone. Made from a gut-friendly blend of sprouted + fermented pea, brown rice, coconut and pumpkin seed proteins (necessary for the building, toning and repair of muscle mass). How To Use
Add 3 heaped tablespoons (35 g) to:
- 350 mL water, milk or milk alternative
- Smoothies
- Foods, such as porridge, yoghurt, nicecream, bliss balls and clean treats.
