How to use
You’ll need:
150 g butter
3 eggs
Method:
Preheat oven to 160 °C and line a 20 cm × 20 cm tray with baking paper.
Pour the contents of the mix into a large mixing bowl.
Melt butter gently until liquid but not too hot.
Add melted butter and eggs to the bowl and whisk until smooth.
Pour into the lined tray and bake for 30 minutes, or until just cooked through.
Allow to cool completely before slicing into 16 squares.
