How to Use
1 cup regular plain flour = 1 cup Grain Free Flour Blend
For self-raising flour, simply add 2 teaspoons of baking powder per cup.

Ingredients:
100 g Grain Free Flour
1 tablespoon sugar (or your preferred sweetener)
2 teaspoons baking powder
250 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
Method:
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth
Heat a frypan over moderate heat and grease if required.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes, until puffed and golden.
Flip and cook for another minute.
Serve warm with your favourite toppings.
