How to use

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Line a large loaf tin with baking paper.
Empty contents of the packet into a large bowl.
Combine:
620 ml (2½ cups) water
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sweetener (optional)
Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry mix until well combined.
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the prepared tin.
Bake for 1 hour, then remove the tin and paper, and bake for an additional 10 minutes for a crisp crust.
Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
