How to use
Use exactly as you would regular flour.
If substituting for basic starch-based gluten-free flours, remove psyllium or flaxmeal from the recipe to balance texture.

Ingredients:
400 g Wholemeal Gluten-Free Flour
1 cup sugar
8 teaspoons baking powder
1½ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
¾ cup oil
2 cups chopped fruit (e.g. apple, pear, or berries)
Method:
Preheat oven to 160 °C. Grease a muffin tray and line with papers.
Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add fruit and toss lightly to coat.
Whisk milk and oil together, then stir into dry mix until combined.
Spoon into tray and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
