Pre Workout Gummies

These cute gummies couldn't be easier! Made for us by our wonderful Ambassador and Gut + Hormone Nutritionist @shereehannahwellness. Sheree recommends these especially on days you're rushing to the gym and haven't had time to eat, or for dawn workouts when you don't feel like eating a meal so early in the morning. A little fast-absorbed glucose hit that does the trick! 


1 cup pomegranate juice

4 tbsp Nutra Organics gelatin

3 tbsp honey.


1: Add the juice to small or medium saucepan

2: Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice (spreading it out evenly), and let it sit for a few minutes, this allows the gelatin to ‘bloom’.

3: Notice a wrinkled look forming on the surface as the liquid absorbs the gelatin

4: Stir the mixture together

5: Put on a low-medium heat and stir gently until the gelatin has dissolved for around 5 minutes In the last minute or so, add the honey and make sure this is well mixed through

6: Remove from heat and pour into silicone moulds.

7: Refrigerate for 2+ hours to set

8: Remove from moulds and keep refrigerated for up to 14 days. Enjoy!
