Keto Collagen Coffee
Never again do you have to choose between a morning protein smoothie or your magic bean juice (aka coffee)! Nutra Organics has created a well rounded version of this supercharged drink with a highly bioavailable source of protein and a variety of healthy fats to get in a bit more goodness.
INGREDIENTS
1 shot espresso (30 ml)
200 ml hot water
2 tbsp coconut milk
1/2 tbsp almond butter (if you don't have almond butter use an extra half tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla bean, or other spice of preference
Cinnamon to sprinkle on top
2 drops of liquid stevia (if you want to keep it keto)
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
If not keeping Keto you can use:
2 tsp maple syrup
OR
2 tsp coconut sugar
METHOD
1. Fill your blender cup with 200ml of hot water.
2. Top with you espresso shot and all other ingredients except cinnamon.
3. Blend on high for 5 seconds.
4. Pour into mug and sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy your supercharged brain energy all day!
