Pana Organic's Chocolate Cookies

Makes 26 cookies
Ingredients:
120g vegan butter⠀
180g coconut sugar⠀
150g plain flour (gluten-free)⠀
40g self-raising flour (gluten-free)⠀
1 banana (mashed)⠀
1tsp bi-carb soda⠀
32g cocoa powder⠀
1/4tsp salt⠀
120g Pana Organic Mylk Chocolate pieces
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking trays with baking paper.
In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add mashed banana.⠀
Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate + mix well.
Fold through chopped chocolate pieces.⠀
Make 20-25g balls, place them evenly spaced on the tray and flatten slightly.
Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
