Pana Organic's Chocolate Cookies

Makes 26 cookies



120g vegan butter⁠⠀⁠⁠
180g coconut sugar⁠⠀⁠⁠
150g plain flour (gluten-free)⁠⠀⁠⁠
40g self-raising flour (gluten-free)⁠⠀⁠⁠
1 banana (mashed)⁠⠀⁠⁠
1tsp bi-carb soda⁠⠀⁠⁠
32g cocoa powder⁠⠀⁠⁠
1/4tsp salt⁠⠀⁠⁠
120g Pana Organic Mylk Chocolate pieces⁠⁠



Preheat oven to 180°C.⁠ Line baking trays with baking paper.⁠⁠

⁠⁠In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.⁠ Add mashed banana.⁠⠀⁠⁠

⁠⁠Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate + mix well. ⁠

Fold through chopped chocolate pieces.⁠⠀⁠⁠

⁠⁠Make 20-25g balls, place them evenly spaced on the tray and flatten slightly.

⁠⁠Bake for 15 minutes. ⁠Allow to cool.⁠
