Pina Colada Smoothie

PINA COLADA SMOOTHIE, anyone?

200mL water ( or coconut water ) 1 frozen, ripe banana

1 cup, fresh diced pineapple

1 tsp honey, optional

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.

Blend until combined and pour into your Fressko

Enjoy!
